1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Menuvoly ("the Service"), operated by Menuvoly Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Menuvoly is a digital menu and restaurant management platform that allows restaurant owners to create, manage, and publish their menus online. The Service includes menu creation tools, translation features, booking management, and a public-facing menu page for customers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Restaurant Owner Responsibilities

As a restaurant owner using our platform, you are responsible for the accuracy of your menu information, pricing, allergen declarations, and all content you publish through the Service. You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding food service and consumer information.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Menuvoly. Content you create (menu items, descriptions, images) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Payments and Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions and are billed monthly or annually in the currency shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, tax and billing enquiries and issues invoices and receipts on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menuvoly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ontario, Canada.
